JPL Estate Agents (Jersey Properties Limited), was launched in October 2004, as a result of Barrie and June Stead seeing the niche for an estate agency in Jersey, located in the west of the island.

With a shift away from the 'large office' mentality, there was a clear dedication for JPL to go beyond traditional standards of estate agency.  Experienced directors with an active approach to the day to day functioning of the business, stylish subtle marketing, discreet conscientious service and most of all, a return on our clients investment.
